Usage:
1. Finish the application of coloured gel polish or nail art.
2. Apply a thin layer of Top Matt Glitter.
3. Cure in the lamp (LED 60-90 sec / UV 2 min).
4. Don't rub - the top is free of efflorescence, just apply a little oil to the cuticle.
Tip: It looks best on dark or pastel shades - try combining with black, burgundy or milky pink.
